Privacy notice

This site does not set tracking cookies. It does not run third-party analytics, marketing pixels, advertising tags, or session replay. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no remarketing script.
What we collect
If you contact us via the email link on the contact section, your email content reaches our inbox at kevin.kirk@lonestarspec.com. That mailbox is hosted on Cloudflare Email Routing forwarded to Gmail. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry.
If you use the contact form instead, the name, email, and message you submit are delivered to that same inbox by Resend, our transactional email processor, acting solely on our behalf to send the message. It is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not sold or used for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only network requests your browser makes are to this site's own domain and to Cloudflare, the content-delivery network that serves it. No data is shared with, or sold to, any third party for advertising or marketing.
Hosting and logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare maintains access logs (which include IP addresses) for security and performance purposes under its own privacy policy. We do not query or analyze those logs for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Email you send us is retained only as long as needed to respond to and document your inquiry, and then for our normal business-correspondence records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Your rights below). We hold no other personal data, so there is nothing else to retain or purge.
Refund and return policy
This site does not sell products through a cart or checkout. All work is bespoke contract engineering performed under a signed engagement agreement. The refund / return policy for any disputed deliverable is governed by the cancellation and acceptance clauses of that agreement.
Your rights
You can email us at any time to ask what we have on file about you, to request a copy of it, to correct it, or to ask that we delete it. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm the action taken.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Because the only personal data we hold is correspondence you choose to send us, the lawful basis for processing it is our legitimate interest in answering you, or your consent.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the rights to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we never have.

Children's privacy
This site is a business-to-business service offering and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the revised version is published here with an updated "Last updated" date above.
